We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything in our power to see that through. As a small non-profit organization, we value those who support us and want to be sure that you are satisfied at the end of the day.
Having a limited staff, we appreciate your patience as we work to get you your order and want you to know that 100% of the profits from our merchandise sales goes directly to fund breast cancer research.
If you decide that you would like to return any of our online products after you have purchased them, we will refund you the purchase price of the item less shipping charges to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Check). Returns must meet the following conditions.
- Items must be returned within 45 days of the item’s original ship date along with the packing slip and;
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way with the tags still attached.
If the item that is returned does not meet all the above criteria and is not in re-sellable condition, no refund will be given and item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Once the item is received and meets all qualifications, you will be reimbursed, minus the original charge of shipping.
In the case that the customer wants to return an item, the price of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
